If you have an account you can update your enquiry and follow progress. You can also refer to previous enquiries and closed enquiries.

You can maintain a profile so you don't have to enter contact information each time you submit a new enquiry.

Once you have registered for an account, please access the Customer Help Portal through the same route, otherwise you may not be able to view your enquiries.

For education providers we recommend using DfE Sign-in as this account will also link to other DfE services.
